Ravi Achari has extensive experience in mining engineering and technical services, currently serving as the Head of New Work & Technical Services at Thiess since May 2013. Previous roles at Thiess include Senior Manager and Manager positions in New Work, Mine Engineering, and Mine Planning. Achari established and leads the India Hub to support Thiess operations globally. Prior experience includes serving as Mine Planning Superintendent at Fortescue Metals Group and as a Mining Engineer at BHP Billiton. Achari holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining Engineering) with honors and a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) from Curtin University.
