Renae Norton

Renae Norton is an experienced professional in health, safety, and security systems, currently serving as Superintendent at Thiess since May 2015, providing operational support to projects across multiple countries, including Chile, Canada, and Australia. Prior to this role, Renae held various positions at Leighton Contractors from September 2010 to May 2015, focusing on SHE systems in diverse sectors such as energy and infrastructure. Earlier experiences include roles at Iluka Resources, where Renae specialized in health and safety within mineral sands exploration and mining, as well as positions at Westralian Sands Limited and RGC - Thalanga. Renae holds a Master's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety from the University of Newcastle and additional educational qualifications from Sunshine Coast TAFE and Sunraysia TAFE.
