In her role at Thiess, Shameelta leads the Transformation, People, and Communication function, responsible for positioning the business for an evolving market. Putting people at the core, she ensures that people are enabled as drivers of change by developing the skills, culture, and ambition required to support Thiess through this transformation and into the future.
