Dharti Arvind Desai

Dharti Arvind Desai has an extensive work experience, beginning in 2002 as the Founder & CEO of Mail Order Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. In this role, they founded and grew a print production start-up into an award-winning, global printing company. In 2007, they founded and grew FineWinesnMore, a Mumbai-based, fine wine retail and direct-to-consumer marketing company. In 2012, they Co-Founded Animedh Charitable Trust (ACT), a non-profit that provides financial support and social services to at-risk women and girls in Mumbai. In 2016, they were named President of TiE New York, a key US chapter of global not-for-profit organization. In this role, they created and executed a vision-aligned strategy that energized TiE New York's fundraising arm. In 2019, they conceptualized, launched, and led TiE Women with the vision to “embrace. engage. empower” women entrepreneurs across the globe. Currently, Dharti Arvind Desai is Chief Revenue Officer at Thimble.io and a Board Member - TiE global board of trustees.

Dharti Arvind Desai obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wilson College Chowpatty Mumbai 400 007. Additionally, they have obtained a Diplôme Supérior – DS, d’Etudes Françaises Modernes from Alliance Française Paris Île-de-France, a WSET Level 2 from WSET – Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and is a WSET Level 3 Candidate from WSET – Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
