Dzina Skuratovich

Dzina Skuratovich is a seasoned professional in service and user experience design, currently serving as the Service Design Practice Lead at THINGS since March 2022. With extensive experience in various roles, Dzina co-manages the Milan chapter of Startup Crash Test, an event for startup project stress-testing, and has previously held positions such as User Experience Designer at Crispy Bacon and User Experience Consultant at Intesa Sanpaolo. A background in graphic and service design was cultivated at Orsorama and Progelist, where Dzina focused on service development and usability analysis. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Service Design from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from the same institution, complemented by international learning experiences in Switzerland.
