Giordana Iannuzzi

Giordana Iannuzzi is a Service & Interaction Designer at THINGS since February 2023, previously serving as a User Experience Researcher at SR LABS in late 2022. In early 2020, Giordana contributed to a startup, Wher, focusing on usability testing for a new app version, which involved detailed project phases from client meetings to interview analysis and report writing. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in User Experience from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (ongoing), a Master's in Psychology for Organizations from the same institution, and a Bachelor's in Psychological Sciences from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II. Skills developed throughout these experiences encompass teamwork, deadline management, client communication, flexibility, research tool development, data analysis, and telematic platform management.
