Paul Reader

Paul Reader has a long and varied career in the tech industry. Starting in 1997, they have held positions at RhinoActive Inc., TDG Interactive, Precision Resource, Institute for Innovation Research, Quarry, Eloqua, Oracle, Wayin, a Cheetah Digital Company, Mind Foundry and ThingTrax. Their roles have included Digital Director, Software Production Manager, Productivity Consultant, Software Developer, Senior Director of Business Development and Global Strategic Initiatives, Global Head of Strategy and Organisation Development, GM and Chief Strategy Officer, Interim CEO and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer.

At RhinoActive Inc., TDG Interactive, Precision Resource, and Institute for Innovation Research, they worked as a Software Developer. At Quarry they were the Director of Client Services and at Eloqua they were the Senior Director of Business Development and Global Strategic Initiatives. At Oracle they were the Global Head of Strategy and Organisation Development, at Wayin they were the GM and Chief Strategy Officer, at Mind Foundry they were the Interim CEO and Chief Operating Officer and at ThingTrax they are currently the Chief Executive Officer.

Throughout their career, Paul has been responsible for developing client strategies, growing revenue, building new propositions, managing strategic alliances, guiding demand marketing, digitizing customer service, spearheading formation of business units, managing global services teams, and developing and launching new products.

Paul Reader received their Honours BA in Rhetoric, Media and Professional Writing (RPW) with Legal Studies Option from the University of Waterloo in 1995. Paul then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma (PGDip) in Strategy and Innovation from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2020.
