Justice Mitchell

Justice Mitchell has over 20 years of work experience in various creative and marketing roles. Justice is currently the Executive Director of Creative Services at Think Agency since 2022. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Creative Director at Big Block Studios, Inc., where they developed innovative marketing and branding solutions for clients of different sizes, managed agencies and client-side departments, and trained teams in digital marketing strategies.

Justice Mitchell also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Valencia College's Graphic + Interactive Design Programs starting from 2022. Justice has experience as a Marketing Director at Magruder Laser Vision, where they led the rebranding efforts and developed integrated marketing communication plans.

In their previous roles as a VP of Digital & Social Creative Director at Starmark International and VP of Interactive Creative Director at Luckie & Company, Justice Mitchell managed digital and interactive campaigns, produced content, and played a crucial role in acquiring new clients.

Justice also served as a Creative Director at Disney I.D.E.A.S., GMD Studios, and MMGY Global, where they launched progressive design efforts, transformed global brands with alternate reality entertainment, and led teams in luxury travel verticals.

Justice Mitchell's expertise includes digital marketing, branding, content development, and implementing marketing strategies across various industries.

Justice Mitchell began their education by attending Ringling College of Art and Design from 1989 to 1993. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Illustration. After a significant gap in education, Justice pursued further studies at the University of San Francisco from 2010 to 2011. Here, they obtained a certification in Advanced Social Media.

In addition to their formal education, Justice Mitchell has also obtained several certifications. They earned the Advanced Google Analytics certification from Google, though the specific month of achievement is unknown. Similarly, they obtained the Black Belt certification from the NinGa Ryu Karate Goshi Shun Do institution in 2021. Justice also acquired the Google Analytics for Beginners certification from Google, as well as the Inbound certification from HubSpot Academy, both in 2021. Their earliest certification is the Black Belt certification from Championship Martial Arts, which was obtained in July 2020.
