Paul Kelly is a seasoned consultant and project manager with extensive experience in strategic development and program evaluation. Currently serving as a Strategy and Research Consultant at thinkBeyond since June 2022, Paul has contributed as the lead author for a significant whitepaper for Rexona, addressing inequalities in youth access to movement. Additionally, as a Project Management Consultant for Common Goal, Paul has evaluated numerous funding applications that leverage sport for sustainable development and climate action. Previously, Paul held various managerial roles at streetfootballworld, overseeing projects across Africa, and at Operation Smile South Africa, where educational program oversight was key. Paul's academic credentials include a Master of Philosophy in Development Finance from the University of Stellenbosch Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Journalism from the University of Richmond.
