Jessica Lee

Jessica Lee is a synthetic biologist at Think Bioscience. Jessica has also worked as an instructor for the US Navy, teaching subjects like physics, chemistry, and heat transfer. Jessica was also a track coordinator, overseeing 12 instructors and revising course materials. As Command Bystander Intervention Coordinator, they supervised ~20 instructors as they trained over 2,000 sailors on topics such as alcohol abuse, domestic violence, and sexual harassment. Jessica has received two Navy Achievement Awards and two Command Individual Excellence Awards for their leadership roles and teaching abilities. Jessica Lee is also a two-time Instructor of the Year Finalist.

Jessica Lee has a PhD in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from North Carolina State University. Jessica also has a Master's degree in the same field from the same school. Jessica completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Utah, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
