Lester Lambert, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in the field of bioscience and medical research. Lester is currently working as a Senior Principal Scientist at Think Bioscience since 2023. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Sanford-Burnham-Prebys Medical Discovery Institute as a Research Scientist and Contract Researcher. At St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, they worked as a Scientist and gained expertise in the structural biology of intrinsically disordered proteins and multiprotein complexes involved in the ubiquitin ligase cascade. Before that, they held positions as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Burnham Institute and The Rockefeller University. Their career started as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Notre Dame.
Lester Lambert, Ph.D. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder from 1985 to 1989. Lester then pursued Biochemistry at the University of Notre Dame, where they earned their Ph.D. from 1990 to 1999.
