The leadership team at Think Bioscience has a history of academic and corporate experience in the engineering and bioscience industries. Many members have been educated at some of the top universities in the United States, such as UC Berkeley, Harvard University, and Johns Hopkins University. Furthermore, the team has experience working for well-known companies in the field, such as Shire, Mosaic Biosciences, and Neurophth Therapeutics. In addition, many members of the leadership team have received fellowships from prestigious organizations, such as Fulbright and Harvard Business School.
