Allison Hale Drechsler

Allison Hale Drechsler has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience. Allison began their career as a Graphic Design Intern at Kompleks Creative, Inc. in 2011, followed by internships at VisionPoint Marketing and North Carolina State University, where they focused on graphic design and waste reduction/recycling. In 2013, they joined IBM as a User Experience Design Co-op before becoming a User Experience and Visual Designer. In 2016, Allison joined P'unk Avenue, LLC as a User Experience Designer and Strategist. Allison then worked as a User Experience Designer at Character Lab in 2017. Since 2018, Allison has been with Think Company, starting as a Senior Experience Designer and progressing to Design Lead. Presently, they hold the position of Design Manager at Think Company. Overall, they have built an extensive background in design, specializing in user experience and visual design.

Allison Hale Drechsler earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Graphic Design, with a minor in English, from North Carolina State University. Allison attended the university from 2009 to 2013. In 2012, they also participated in a study abroad program at NCSU Prague Institute in the Czech Republic, where they focused on Fashion and Costume Design. Additionally, Allison has obtained additional certifications, including the "Demystifying Management Program" from Wherewithall in April 2023, and "Mental Health First Aid - Adult" from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in January 2023.
