Hugo Contente has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent development. Hugo has held various leadership positions in renowned organizations such as Torrens University Australia, Media Design School, Think Education, Laureate International Universities, and Universidade Europeia | Laureate International Universities. Throughout their career, Hugo has served as a VP of People & Talent, Director of Organizational and Talent Development, HR Director, and Training & Development Manager. Hugo has also worked as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in different companies. Hugo'sexperience spans across multiple countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Portugal, and the EMEAA region.

Hugo Contente completed their MBA in Management at AESE Business School from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a Graduate degree in Psychology at the University of Lisbon from 1994 to 2000.
