Joseph Soufeh

Joseph Soufeh has a diverse work experience in the finance and real estate industries. Joseph started their career as an Intern / Analyst at Milstein Properties in 1994 and later became a VP at Bear Stearns & Co. from 1998 to 2005. Joseph also served as the Finance Chief at BCN Development, overseeing capital projects and asset management. Joseph then founded their own company, Soufeh Capital Partners, where they worked as a Principal, specializing in real estate debt and equity. Joseph has held various roles in different companies, including Head of Capital Markets / Acquisitions at Empire Capital Holdings, Financial Director at Think Empire, and Team leader of Korean debt advisory at Venture Capital Properties. Most recently, they have become the Principal at Rapid PPE.

Joseph Soufeh attended NYU Stern School of Business to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
