Josh Withrow

Josh Withrow is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management and construction. Currently serving as the Company Owner of Upperdeck Concrete since January 2023, Withrow has previously held key positions including Texas Operations Manager at BLS Electrical, Inc. from June 2020 to January 2023, and damage prevention roles at Callon Petroleum Company from January 2019 to January 2023. Withrow's extensive experience in facilities construction, including supervising installations and leading teams as an Electrical Foreman at Linn Energy for nearly a decade, is complemented by earlier work as a Heavy Equipment Operator at JW Powerline Construction and a Petroleum Specialist in the United States Army, where an honorable discharge was received. Withrow's expertise in concrete resurfacing and repair, gained as Owner of Upper Deck Concrete Designs/Stone Age Concrete from 1997 to 2005, showcases a solid foundation in both management and technical skills. An education received at Palmetto High School culminated in a diploma in 1996.
