John Penn is a founder and technical product and business development leader for several media tech companies in the US. For enterprises such as WarnerMedia, NBA Digital, Olympus, Intelsat, Cox Communications, and Samsung, John has led VR/AR/MR, telepresence, and advanced video initiatives for the development of mission-critical applications and next-gen platforms for digital sports media, and healthcare. John heads up all Extended Reality efforts for faction and leads the XR Lab at crib, faction’s Design+Research Lab. The capabilities for the lab span from next-gen communication, rapid prototyping, training, and education to other immersive experiences for enterprise, healthcare, media, and entertainment industries.
