Bruno Magro is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in management and culinary expertise. Currently serving as Managing Director at Think Food Concepts since October 2013, Bruno leads a global consulting firm specializing in operational and strategic services for the hospitality industry. Simultaneously, Bruno holds the position of Managing Director at Dinic.tech, a restaurant technology company enhancing operational efficiency with tailor-made software solutions, and at Think Food Boutique, which provides essential solutions for hotels and restaurants in Portugal, Spain, and Germany. Previous roles include General Manager and Executive Chef at RBT Holdings, F&B and Culinary Consultant for various concepts, and Chef Consultant for Amrest China, among others. Bruno's culinary education was received at the School of Hotel and Tourism of Lisbon, where a degree in Culinary Arts and F&B Management was earned.
