Susanna Holt has over nine years of experience in educational leadership and services, currently serving as the School Services Director and previously as the School Manager at Think for the Future since January 2020. Prior to this role, Susanna was the Education Programme Coordinator at The Ear Foundation from November 2014 to December 2019. Susanna Holt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Direct Entry Midwifery from the University of Bedfordshire, earned between 2011 and 2014.

Think for the Future is a rapidly growing organisation whose mission is to empower students to overcome social and emotional barriers that are preventing them from engaging in education and reaching their full potential. We work with schools nationally to position fully managed Behaviour & Resilience Mentors and Inclusion Centre Managers into schools where we run data driven interventions, working with young people to improve their behaviour and positive educational engagement to a huge measurable success!
