Judy's career includes a notable tenure at The Avon Company Canada Limited from 2005 to 2016, where achievements included recognition in the Circle of Excellence for three years and achieving the #1 ranking in Canada in 2015. Judy successfully grew sales and teams in multiple districts, managing over 350 representatives. Educational qualifications include attendance at Niagara College from 1976 to 1978.
