Karen Hayashi is an experienced professional with a diverse background in brand ambassadorship, program management, and human resources. Currently serving as a Brand Ambassador at Think Goodness since October 2021, Karen specializes in social selling and team management, providing onboarding and training to a team of 20 individuals. Previously, as a Designer at Origami Owl, and during a significant tenure at Network Appliance, Karen held various roles that included HR Business Systems Analyst, leading sales coordination, and participating in the global rollout of the Kenexa Brassring applicant tracking system. Karen's experience also includes program management at Volt Services Group, focusing on nationwide staffing for Netflix, and account management at Justifacts, where significant achievements included rapid promotion and increased account volume. A graduate of the University of California, Davis with a B.S. in Human Development, Karen's career is marked by a commitment to client service and operational excellence.
