Martyna Magnowska-Bourou

Martyna Magnowska-Bourou has been working in Human Resources since 2013. Martyna began their career at MyInternshipAbroad as a Business Relation Coordinator - internship and progressed to Senior Business Relationship and Recruitment Manager and then Business Relations and Internship Program Manager. In 2015, they joined Groupe Adiona as Vice President Human Resources, where they were responsible for driving and implementing strategic plans for different teams. In 2020, they took on the role of People Lead at Think-it.

Martyna Magnowska-Bourou has a diverse educational background, with a range of studies from 2006 to 2019. From 2006 to 2009, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University. Martyna then went on to pursue a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Cultural Studies/Critical Theory and Analysis from Jagiellonian University from 2009 to 2013. In 2011-2012, they were awarded a one year scholarship to Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha in Humanidades. From 2015 to 2016, they completed Professional Career Guidance Postgraduate Studies at Akademia Humanistyczno-Ekonomiczna w Łodzi in Career Exploration/Awareness Skills. In 2018-2019, they earned a Master I Coaching of Teams and Organizations from Convergence Conseil RH in Professional coaching. Martyna also has several certifications from LinkedIn, the Ministère du Travail, and LCCI Business for English level 3.
