Mehemed Bougsea

Co-Founder & CEO at Think-it

Mehemed Bougsea is the co-founder and CEO of Think-it, a social enterprise that provides education and training to underprivileged youth in Turkey. Prior to their current role, Mehemed served as the head of strategy and business development for Kiron Open Higher Education, a German non-profit focused on making higher education accessible to refugees. Mehemed has also worked as a research fellow at The Earth Institute at Columbia University and as a strategy consultant at Kompetus Management Consulting. Mehemed's passion for social impact began early on in their career when they worked as a junior development officer at Positive Planet, a French NGO that works to fight poverty and promote sustainable development.

Mehemed Bougsea has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Columbia | SIPA in the field of Sustainable Development, a Governance and Public Action (M.Sc.) from Catholic University of Central Africa, Yaoundé - Cameroon in the field of Governance and Public Action (M.Sc.), and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from Cologne University of Applied Sciences in International Business. Mehemed also has a degree in Chinese Foreign Policy and Finance, Dalian (Republic Of China) from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics.
