Jeremy Slocum

Jeremy Slocum, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Mortgage Consultant and Tax Preparer at think mortgage, starting in November 2023. Previously, Jeremy worked as a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator at Grand Oaks Funding, L.L.C. from February 2021 to November 2023. Prior to a career in the mortgage industry, Jeremy was an instructor at Montgomery County Community College and Kent State University, where a range of undergraduate psychology courses were taught. As a Graduate Research Assistant at Kent State University, Jeremy developed and implemented experimental methodologies and presented research findings at national conferences. Jeremy's academic background includes a PhD in Experimental Psychology from Kent State University, along with a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts from the same institution and Penn State University, respectively.
