Aaron De La Rosa has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Aaron started their career as a Math/Physics Lab Tutor and Assistant at Texas State Technical College from August 2008 to August 2009. Aaron then worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant on the Railroad Research Team at The University of Texas - Pan American from August 2012 to May 2013. Aaron gained experience in the military as an Ensign in the US Navy from February 2014 to November 2015, providing guidance and training to future candidates of the NUPOC program. Aaron then worked as a Shop Employee at Southern Mechanical A/C from January 2016 to May 2016. Aaron further expanded their skills as an Intern, Project Expediter, and Engineer in Training at Noble Texas Builders from May 2016 to February 2017. Aaron joined Think Power Solutions in September 2017 as a Project Control Associate, where they played a key role in developing and implementing capital programs for electric utility company clients. Aaron was later promoted to Project Control Manager in August 2022, where they were responsible for assessing client needs, managing project schedules, and achieving project control objectives. Throughout their career, Aaron also worked as a Shift Lead at Moonbeans Coffee from February 2010 to March 2014, demonstrating their skills in leadership, customer service, and coffee knowledge.

Aaron De La Rosa attended The University of Texas-Pan American from 2008 to 2013. Aaron obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the university during the period of 2009 to 2013. Additionally, in January 2019, Aaron obtained two additional certifications: Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt from 6SigmaStudy.
