Jeffrey Dupart

Jeff Dupart is a professional engineer and project management professional with more than twenty years of progressive experience managing a diverse spectrum of engineering and construction projects in the utility sector. Jeff is a prior active-duty Naval Officer and current Reservist with extraordinary leadership abilities and attention to detail.

Jeff has worked to deliver project management, engineering design, permitting, right of way, environmental, regulatory, and construction support for transmission, substation, and distribution projects across the US. Previously, Jeff worked for CenterPoint Energy in Houston, TX, providing project management, engineering design, and construction support for transmission, substation, and telecommunication projects. Additionally, he worked for Zachry Project Management & Consulting providing front end project development for large power and utility projects.

Jeff began his career as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer in the U.S. Navy where he served in a variety of capacities with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion ONE in Gulfport, MS; Construction Battalion Unit 401 and the Public Works Center in Great Lakes, IL; and the Facilities Engineering & Acquisition Division at Naval Base Ventura County, CA.

Jeff is married with two boys and lives in San Diego, CA. His advanced degrees include a Master of Finance from the University of Houston and Master of Business Administration from Webster University. Jeff is active in the Edison Electric Institute (EEI).
