Kim Sheagren

Kim Sheagren currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Think Small®, a position held since June 2024, where responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies to address achievement and economic gaps in early learning. Prior to this role, Kim was the Communications Director at Avivo from April 2014 to June 2024, overseeing external relations and managing communication strategies. Kim also worked at Avivo as Communications Manager, managing overall communications for a large human services organization. Earlier experience includes Communications Manager at Aeon, Marketing/Operations Manager at Joel Sheagren Photography, Public Relations Coordinator at Fairview Health Services, and Marketing Associate for Girl Scouts of Minnesota & Wisconsin Lakes & Pines. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Olaf College and a Master of Fine Arts from Bowling Green State University, specializing in Fine/Studio Arts and Drawing and Photography.
