Alexis Catrina Mostajo

Alexis Catrina Mostajo has held various roles in the Human Resources and customer service industries since 2017. In 2020, they began working at THINK Surgical as a Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Coordinator, and Human Resources Clerk (Contract - TargetCW). In this role, they assisted in recruiting with tasks such as resume reviews and scheduling through Smart Recruiter, conducted phone screens and reference checks, and filed HR documents and assisted with audits. Additionally, they held a Human Resources Intern role at The Borgen Project, where they focused on recruitment and publicized internship opportunities to school career sites. From 2017-2020, they worked at 24 Hour Fitness as a Personal Trainer and Service Representative. As a Personal Trainer, they assisted members on their fitness journey by creating programs and regimens, promoted consistency and accountability, and instructed exercises for people at a variety of skill levels and ages. As a Service Representative, they created a safe environment for members and their children, ensured safety as a priority to members, and assisted guests and members in checking in and out of the facilities system. Finally, from 2017-2020, they held a Customer Sales Representative role at Living Spaces Furniture, where they ensured customers had a clear understanding of their investments, printed, filled out and sent out special order forms and any other documents needed to allow customers to have a smooth transaction, and worked with other associates as a team to not only make a sale, but to make a great long lasting impression on others.

Alexis Catrina Mostajo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Notre Dame de Namur University between 2017 and 2019. In October 2019, they obtained a CPR & AED certification from EMS Safety Services. Additionally, in September 2019, they obtained a Personal Trainer Certification (PTC) from PTA Global.
