Anand Patel, MSRA

Anand Patel, MSRA has worked in a variety of roles in the Regulatory Affairs field since 2008. From 2008 to 2009, they were an Intern at Piramal Healthcare Ltd and an Intern at Wockhardt from 2008 to 2009, where their role included conducting routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in process, and finished formulations according to standard operating procedures in a cGMP laboratory. In 2012, they were an AMAP Intern at Johns Hopkins Technology Transfer. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Regulatory Affairs Consultant at Pfizer, where they were responsible for setting up and maintaining the new drug label and essential product information to Pfizer’s website and FDA, International submissions for drugs and biologics, eCTD submissions, and Labeling submissions. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Integra LifeSciences, where they prepared international submissions, regulatory correspondence and reports, and maintained a list of international product approvals based on US and International requirements as defined in FDA Regulations, ISO 9001 Standards, ISO 13485:2003 Standard, European Medical Device Directives, Canadian Medical Device Regulations and other International Regulations. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Hologic, Inc. and is currently a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Boston Scientific. Anand is set to become a Regulatory Affairs Manager at THINK Surgical in 2022.

Anand Patel, MSRA has a diverse education history. Anand obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from RKDF Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences between 2006 and 2010. Anand then completed a Professional Diploma in Clinical Research at Catalyst Clinical Services Pvt Ltd in 2010. Finally, they obtained a Masters in Bioscience Regulatory Affairs from The Johns Hopkins University between 2011 and 2013.
