Aneesha S. has over four years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Manufacturing Engineer for THINK Surgical. Prior to that, they worked for Johnson & Johnson from 2018 to 2021 as a Manufacturing Engineer 3 and Manufacturing Engineer, where they developed and implemented manufacturing processes, drove process improvement activities, and led validation activities. From 2017 to 2018, Aneesha worked as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer for Pinnacle Transplant Technologies.
Aneesha S. obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Osmania University in Biomedical/Medical Engineering. Aneesha then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University. Aneesha also obtained a Clinical Sciences certification from Durgabai Deshmukh Hospital and a certification in Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry from Medical Careers. In 2017, they obtained an ASQ certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from ASQ - World Headquarters. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive MBA in Operational Effectiveness from Ottawa University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
