Joseph Simmons

Joseph Simmons began their career in 1999 as a Global Supply Chain Manager for Trimble Corporation, where they implemented Lean principles for an assemble to order environment and transferred 75% of manufacturing to a turnkey manufacturer. In 2000, they worked as a Consultant for ProMira, followed by a role as Production Control Manager for Aero Union Corp in 2001. In 2003, Joseph became an Independent Supply Chain Contractor, sub-contracted to BearingPoint as an APS Pathfinder and MRP/ERP solution sets expert. Joseph then worked for BearingPoint in 2004 as a Senior Consultant/Program Manager, before taking a role as Manufacturing Business Solutions Consultant for Epicor Software in 2015. In 2016, Joseph became an ERP Manager for Think Surgical, and in 2017 they worked as an Independent Consultant. Finally, in 2018 they began working as a Demand Planner for FOX Factory, building bicycle components.

Joseph Simmons attended De Anza College from 1983 to 1986, where they earned a Continuing Education in Business. In January of 1990, they obtained an APICS CPIM certification.
