The Technology and Development Team at Think Talent Services is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the digital platforms and tools that support our talent management solutions. This team ensures seamless integration of technology with our HR processes, continuously improving and innovating solutions for Talent Assessment, Development Planning, Capability Development, and Coaching & Mentoring. The team comprises the VP of Technology, who oversees tech strategy, the DevOps Engineer, who ensures infrastructure reliability and efficiency, and the Application Development Manager, who leads the development of our cutting-edge applications.
