Teo Boon Heng, PhD, currently serves as the Director and Chief Executive Officer of Think Teach Academy, overseeing premium K-12 private education in Singapore since June 2017. Additionally, Teo is the Co-Founder and Academic Director at Ed-XP, which offers an innovative online learning platform utilizing advanced teaching pedagogy and artificial intelligence. Prior experience includes a role as a Postgraduate Researcher at the Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore focusing on passivated contact solar cells, and service as a Naval Combat Officer in the Republic of Singapore Navy. Teo's academic credentials include a PhD from the National University of Singapore and a Master's degree from Imperial College London, complemented by a summer program at Peking University.
