Dolores Cortés is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in strategic alliances, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as Managing Director at Think Thanks, Dolores also founded Padel Experience, which organizes paddle tournaments for businesses and international visitors. As the founder and director of Lean In Argentina and Mujeres en Deporte, Dolores champions women's empowerment and visibility in sports. In addition to founding DEI Latam HUB, focusing on creating inclusive work environments, Dolores has held leadership positions, including Executive Director at Grupo Araoz and Manager of Institutional Relations at HIT. With extensive educational credentials, including a postgraduate degree in Gender and various leadership and coaching certifications, Dolores combines expertise in innovation, entrepreneurial ecosystems, and women’s leadership to drive meaningful change across multiple sectors.
