Kristin Trimble

Kristin Trimble is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, operations, and business management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Think Up Consulting since January 2023, Kristin previously held the position of Director of Operations at The Härt Collective, where responsibilities included creating internal processes, managing membership content, and overseeing financial components. Previously, as Vice President of Business Operations and Client Services at Wine By Design, Kristin managed supply chain and marketing for multiple wine brands. Additional roles include strategic consulting at Think Up Consulting, legal recruitment at WilmerHale, and development and alumni relations at Endicott College. Kristin began a career in fundraising at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, successfully managing campaigns and events. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Pre-Med from Franklin & Marshall College.
