Rich Miller

Rich Miller has over 30 years of experience in information technology, currently serving as a Network Administrator at Think Mutual Bank since August 1995. In this role, Rich has held various positions encompassing workstation administration, help desk support, and server administration for both Novell and Microsoft servers, as well as managing network switches, routers, and firewalls. Prior to this, Rich worked as an Audio Visual/Computer Technician at Rochester Community and Technical College from September 1989 to August 1995, where responsibilities included the purchasing, configuration, and maintenance of audio-visual equipment, computers, servers, and copiers. Rich holds two diplomas in Electronic Technician from Rochester Technical College, obtained between 1980 and 1989.
