Massi Tehrani

Massi Tehrani is an experienced professional in project management and operations within the R&D and technology sectors. Currently serving as an R&D Operations Manager at Amgen since April 2022, Massi focuses on strategy and performance excellence. At Thinkbox Technology Group, since July 2015, Massi has held various roles, including Team Lead/Sr. Manager, and has successfully managed project initiation and closures in compliance with PMO standards. Additional experience includes leading Scrum ceremonies and executing Agile principles as a Senior Consultant/Sr. Project Manager, alongside performing essential project management tasks. Previously, Massi was a Project Manager at Armaxtech, overseeing software development lifecycles from conception to installation. Massi holds a Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
