Regan Grafton has extensive experience in the advertising industry. Regan is currently the Chief Tinker and Co-Founder at Thinkerbell NZ, where they have led multiple creative agencies and won Agency of the Year seven times. Regan has also served as the Chief Creative Officer at Friends and Allies Limited and Stanley St, New Zealand's largest independent agency. Regan has held leadership positions at Ogilvy, FCB New Zealand, and DDB New Zealand. Throughout their career, Regan has demonstrated their ability to transform brands and deliver successful campaigns, including their work for the NZ Police, which gained international recognition and achieved significant inquiries within 24 hours of launch. Regan has also served as a Board Member for the Commercial Communication Council.

Regan Grafton completed their high school education at Kaipara College from 1988 to 1992, focusing on graphic design and art. Following that, they attended Auckland University of Technology from 1992 to 1996 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
