Aaron McCrary

Aaron McCrary has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. From 2005 to 2011, they were a Team Lead at HEB/Central Market, where they were responsible for multiple departments and the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the unit. Aaron also managed vendor relations, conducted employment interviews, and provided superlative customer service. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Sales Representative for Farmer Brothers. In 2014, they joined Thinkfind Corporation as Vice President Operations, Technical Recruiter, and Sourcing Specialist. As Technical Recruiter, they identified, sourced, and screened talented and qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria. As Sourcing Specialist, they contacted and interviewed candidate references for recruiters and hiring managers.

Aaron McCrary completed their Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Collin College in 2004. Prior to that, they attended Plano East Senior High School from 2000 to 2002.
