Charlene Theophile

Charlene Theophile is a visionary leader with over twenty years of experience in fostering social change for young individuals aged 13-25 in various educational and social care settings. They earned a BA Honours Degree in Youth & Community Work and a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education, becoming a qualified Youth Worker and Lecturer. Charlene has managed diverse educational projects, including alternative education programs in inner-city London, and has served as a field work mentor at the University of East London. Currently, they are a Parent Governor at Applecroft School, where they contribute to the strategic direction and improvement of educational outcomes. Their dedication lies in empowering young people to achieve their aspirations through education and skill development.
