Shawntay Skjoldager

Shawntay Skjoldager is the Chief Trainologist/Managing Partner at The Instructional Design Company where Shawntay works directly with clients to develop custom learning experiences. Shawntay is also the General Manager/Head of Programs at ThinkHuman, collaborating with the executive team to set company strategy and oversee program development. Additionally, Shawntay serves as a Town Commissioner for Redington Beach, maintaining ordinances and codes. With a background in training and development, Shawntay has also worked in roles such as Sr. Director at LegalShield Official and Project Manager at Mary Kay Inc. Shawntay holds a Master of Science in Training & Development and a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
