Francisco Giménez Plano

Francisco Giménez Plano is the Founder and CEO of Augere, an international consulting firm established in January 2000, where responsibilities include defining company vision and leading transformation projects for clients. Additionally, Francisco is a Co-founder, Board Member, and Investor at Enerdealers, an energy consulting and commodity trading company founded in January 2023, as well as at Growpath and BitsWorld. In these roles, Francisco supports sustainability initiatives and develops ecosystems for global youth engagement with investors. As a Board Advisor at WorkMeter, Francisco leverages extensive experience in culture and people analytics. Other contributions include serving as a Speaker for Thinking Heads and co-founding Building Communities, a program advocating for organizational futures aligned with human values. Francisco has also held academic positions as a Guest Lecturer at UPC School and a Professor of Leadership and Coaching at IE Business School. Education includes an Entrepreneurial Master Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a PDD from IESE Business School.
