Margarita Mayo is currently serving as an International Advisory Council Member at the Institute of One World Leadership® & Centre for Positive Value Leadership®. Margarita is also a Top Conferenciante / Motivational Speaker at Thinking Heads and an Award-winning Author of the Yours Truly Book published by Bloomsbury Publishing Plc. With a background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Margarita Mayo has been a Professor of Organizational Behavior and Leadership at IE Business School since July 2000. Additionally, Margarita has held visiting and assistant professor positions at Lancaster University, Ivey Business School, and Harvard University.
