Victoria Marquez is an experienced professional in customer data platforms and employee engagement, currently serving as the Customer Data Platforms Lead at Thinking Machines Data Science since October 2022. Victoria has a robust background in enhancing customer experiences and optimizing marketing campaigns. Previously, Victoria held various roles at Globe Telecom from June 2018 to June 2022, including Employee Programs Lead, where a focus on strategic communications and partnerships was emphasized, and Employee Experience Lead, executing initiatives that fostered a competitive corporate culture. Prior experience includes working as a Brand Strategist at Serious Studio, overseeing strategic branding projects, and as a Marketing Intern at AIESEC no Brasil, creating community engagement activities. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Ateneo de Manila University.
