Kay Linder is a Partner at ThinkingAhead Executive Search, a boutique executive search firm specializing in Nonprofit Leadership search. Prior to this, they worked as an Environmental Lobbyist at the League of Conservation Voters and as a Development Officer at TENNESSEE ENVIRONMENTAL COUNCIL. Kay also served as the Education and Outreach Coordinator at Tennessee Wildlife Federation. They hold a BA in Interdisciplinary Program - Ecology and Environmental Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
