Ash Damle is the founder of Healiom, a healthcare innovation addressing complexities in the sector through AI integration with existing infrastructure. Since August 2020, Ash has led significant roles in various companies, serving as the head of artificial intelligence and CTO in both Stealth Startup and ThinkingNode Life Science, Inc., which focuses on rapid digital cell cloning for drug R&D. Additionally, Ash advises at The Modern Data Company and PolymerHQ DLP, working on modern data solutions and governance. Ash’s expertise extends to advisory roles at Loop Health, Ellipsis Health, and PeerWell, improving healthcare access and outcomes. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Data Scientist at HealthCare.com. Ash holds a degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
