Later in the same year, they joined NeoSoft Technologies as a Java Developer and Database Administrator. Hemant worked in this role until 2016 when they co-founded Orange Software. There, they held a position as a Co-Founder. In 2019, Hemant joined Thinkitive Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as the Director of Operations, where they currently hold the position.
Hemant Kawale attended Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. Prior to that, Hemant Kawale attended M M Highschool in Nagpur, although the specific dates and degrees achieved are unknown.
