Mohammed Adil S.

Mohammed Adil S. has extensive experience in compliance, legal, and operations roles within the financial industry. Mohammed Adil started their career at Lloyds TSB as an Account Manager, where they focused on client onboarding and KYC/AML procedures. Mohammed Adil then moved on to CMC Markets as a Client Services representative, handling trade and technical inquiries. At ODL Securities, Mohammed worked as a Financial Sales representative, communicating with clients and selling company services. Mohammed Adil later joined Alpari (UK) Ltd, specializing in institutional clients, partnership, and high-net-worth individuals. Mohammed then worked at Wall Street Systems as a Business Analyst, focusing on FX and treasury. Mohammed Adil also gained experience as an Institutional Editor at Forex Magnates, reporting on financial derivatives news and conducting interviews. Later, Mohammed held various roles at Tradenext Limited, including Director of Operations, Compliance, and MLRO & Risk. Mohammed Adil was also a Founder at CfD Trading & Compliance Forum, and most recently, they served as the Director of Compliance, Operations, and Legal at ThinkMarkets.

Mohammed Adil S. began their education journey in 1994 at St Bonaventure's RC School, where they completed their GCSEs in subjects including Maths, English, Dual Science, IT, and German. In 1999, they attended Havering College and obtained their A-levels in Computer Science, Economics, and Communications.

In 2001, Mohammed enrolled at Kingston University to pursue a degree in Business Studies, which they completed in 2006. Afterward, in 2007, they attended the Securities & Investment Institute and obtained a Certificate in Financial Regulations Unit 1.

In 2009, Mohammed received a Diploma in Malay Language from SOAS University of London. Later, in 2013, they attended the London School of Journalism and earned a Diploma in News Journalism.

Their pursuit of education continued in 2015, as they enrolled in ACAMS and focused on Compliance. Additionally, they completed a course on Global Financial Compliance at The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) in the same year.

Most recently, Mohammed embarked on their legal education. Mohammed Adil attended The University of Law from 2016 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with a specialization in Law. Mohammed Adil has since pursued further legal education at BPP Law School.

In 2020, Mohammed started a Master of Laws (LLM) program at BPP Law School, focusing on the LPC LLM. Mohammed Adil also pursued a separate Master's degree in Law at the same institution. Furthermore, they are currently undertaking a Master of Laws (LLM) degree at BPP Law School, specializing in the LPC, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
