Yimin Hu, FRM, is a seasoned quantitative analyst with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as a Senior Quantitative Analyst at ThinkMarkets since May 2018, Yimin has previously held the role of Quantitative Analyst within the same organization. Prior to ThinkMarkets, Yimin contributed as a Research Assistant in the Finance Department at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and gained practical experience through positions at Wedbush Securities, Haitong Securities, and multiple internships at China Construction Bank and Standard Chartered Bank. Yimin holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Financial Mathematics from The Ohio State University.
