Karim Barnoti began their work experience in 2000 as a Computer Technician at IBM, where they worked until 2003. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Fraud Prevention Agent at Desjardins, using specific systems and technologies to uncover and prevent fraud. Karim then joined Rogers in 2005, starting as a Customer Relations Agent and eventually working their way up to become a Customer Relations Team Manager and Business Customer Retention Manager until 2014. In the same year, they joined Thinkmax as a Client Support Services Manager, and they are currently serving as the Director of Support and Managed Services.
Karim Barnoti attended Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained their DES degree. From 2003 to 2006, they attended Collège André-Grasset and earned their DEC degree in Mathematics and Sciences. Lastly, from 2006 to 2009, Karim pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations at Université de Montréal.
